1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamesona ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Gamesona mobile applications, website, interactive puzzles, study decks, and related online gaming services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 13 years of age to register an individual Gamesona account. Players under 13 may use our Services strictly through the dedicated Kids Mode or under direct parental / legal guardian supervision.

When creating an account or authenticating through Apple ID or Google Sign-In, you agree to maintain the security of your credentials and accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access.

3. License & Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Services—including software code, gameplay mechanics, visual puzzles, audio recordings, character graphics, typography, logos, and 300,000+ vocabulary database entries—are the exclusive property of Gamesona or its licensors.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and access the Gamesona application on compatible mobile devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment and brain-training purposes only.

4. In-App Purchases, Virtual Coins & VIP Subscriptions

Gamesona provides both free gameplay and optional paid digital offerings:

• Virtual Coins: Coins earned through gameplay or purchased via the in-app store are virtual items with no monetary value outside of Gamesona. Coins cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred for real-world currency.
• VIP Master Subscriptions: Optional auto-renewing subscriptions provide benefits such as unlimited hints, ad-free experience, exclusive trivia sets, and double XP multipliers. Subscriptions are billed and managed directly through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your device's Apple ID or Google Play Subscriptions settings. All refund requests are governed by Apple's and Google's standard store policies.

5. User-Generated Study Decks & Content

Gamesona empowers users to create, customize, and share 3D flashcard study decks. By submitting or publishing flashcards, vocabulary sets, or quiz questions to the public community library:

• You grant Gamesona a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and format your submitted study sets for other users.
• You warrant that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
• You agree not to upload offensive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any violating decks without prior notice.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

To maintain an honest, safe, and competitive environment for all players, you agree NOT to:

• Use bots, automated scripts, memory editors, or cheats to manipulate puzzle solutions, scores, or leaderboard rankings.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, decrypt, or disassemble any portion of the Gamesona application or server APIs.
• Interfere with server infrastructure, disrupt network traffic, or attempt unauthorized database access.
• Sell, transfer, or rent your Gamesona account or coin balance to third parties.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for continuous availability and error-free gameplay, Gamesona does not warrant uninterrupted uptime, infallible accuracy of trivia facts, or perpetual data preservation without backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamesona and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the Services.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, in the event of any breach of these Terms, fair play violations, or fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamesona operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute shall be resolved through friendly informal negotiation or competent arbitration.
